\nIn spring you are served wild garlic and asparagus specialities, in summer, you may savour fresh and delicious summer dishes. In autumn, the traditional T\u00f6rggelen delicacies are served: bread dumplings, Schlutzkrapfen, barley soup, slaughter plate and sauerkraut.
