Have you ever tasted South Tyrolean chestnuts? They taste particularly good with must, wine or apple juice. In autumn the time has come: the chestnuts fall to the ground and are collected. Hans’ skilled hands roast them and serve them hot in paper bags or eat them on the spot. These are simple autumnal moments of pleasure that will stay in your hearts.
