Pleasurable moments on the village square: chestnuts, wine & more!
Andrian’s chestnuts from the chestnut grove of the Schlossbichl hill are roasted on open fire.
Have you ever tasted South Tyrolean chestnuts?
In autumn, when the chestnuts fall off the trees, they are collected and roasted by Hans’ skilled hands over open fire. The roasted chestnuts are offered hot in paper bags for take-away or to be eaten on the spot. They taste particularly delicous with a glass of must, wine or apple juice. On top of that, sweet traditional and modern chestnut specialites are served. You won’t forget these simple yet pleasurable moments – we promise!
Let’s enjoy the autumn together on October 3, 10 and 17, 2025 from 3 to 6 p.m. on the Andrian village square!
