Circular hike Andrian-Predonico-Castle Hocheppan-Andrian

Highly varied circular hike from Andrian through the Rio Gaido gorge to Predonico, Castle Hocheppan and back to Andrian.

From the village square along the whole length of Via Bottai, then along trail no. 15 directly into the Gorge of  Rio Gaido.  At the upper waterfall, cross the small wooden bridge and follow marker no. 15A (beware of the short section with rope, exposed) to the tarmacked road to Gaido. From there, follow trail no. 8 (tarmac and forest trail) to the Wieserhof farm (refreshment opportunity). From Wieserhof, continue on trail no. 12 down to the Castle Hocheppan (refreshment opportunity) From there take trail no. 2 to Andriano.
