Dumpling Cooking Class with Ruth

Discover the art of preparing traditional South Tyrolean dumplings!

Together with Ruth Waschgler Höller, ambassador of local farm products, you will learn step by step how to make authentic South Tyrolean dumplings using regional ingredients, hands-on techniques and valuable tips from traditional farmhouse cuisine. At the end of the course, you will enjoy the dumplings you have prepared together.

A course for everyone who wants to discover traditional farmhouse cooking and learn how to prepare one of South Tyrol’s most iconic dishes.
